• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your contract.

Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and intellectual property created for you remain the property of Shayne Marie Creative until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for any breach of these terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada / British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of British Columbia.
